Im 15 gonna be sixteen in august and im 6' a million". I been smoking cigs considering that i replaced into 8 and weed considering that i replaced into 11, i think of ull b effective. Btw my mom and dad and grandparents are all below 6 foot.

well smoking for a long period of time can cause cancer, just remember that, i'm not trying to scare you but it's a real fact and people need to be more aware of it, just remember that. your only 14 and have your whole life ahead of you, think about that aspect, hopefully you'll quit, it may be hard at first just like anything is when your addicted, just try and see where it goes from there :) good luck

you dont, your screwed, but anyway "quitting smoking is the easiest thing, ive done it a hundred times!"
i did the same thing and you can only quit if you really want to, if you still enjoy it your not going to be able to
but the worst thing i tried was to smoke as many as i could in a chain to make me sick of them i got to 9, at 5 i started throwing up and at 9 was pretty much knocked out

smoking makes everything you wear even your hair stink.
smoking gives you bad breath,
smoking takes away the blood flow in your arteries,
smoking could cause you to carry a oxygen tank on your hip for life and try riding a bike with that on!
if you want to see what your life is 20yrs from now i suggest you pray to your god to help you see what will happen 20yrs from now by smoking. will power is more power than you have ever seen.

Well I would say throw out all your smokes and everytime you want a smoke have a mint or gum something like that.
