Get some hard dough and put shreds of cheese on it. You shape it and if it's too big, you can cut off the ends. You bake it on the lowest temperature for 2 hours.

Cheetos are made form a corn slurry that is forced through a mold (similar to some pasta shapes) or "extruded." They are then baked to dry them out and coated in cheese flavor. Pretty hard to do at home. Not sure about Chester, tho.

You take 2 eggs, 1 cup of flour and sugar. cook in over for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Sprinkle cheese bits and put in microwave for 10 minutes.
