Multilingual (adjective) or polyglot (noun).

Switzerland is a multilingual country. James is a polyglot.

NOT a linguist. A linguist is a person who studies and describes language as a phenomenon not a person who speaks more than one language. In fact many of the world's greatest figures in linguistics can speak only one language though they may study and describe more than one. However it is completely possible to be a linguist and only speak and study one language.

Once someone can speak four or more languages they are considered either a polyglot or multilingual both terms are interchangeable. Quad lingual is not a real thing.

The first thing that came to mind was "a European" :-) But seriously, my guess would be "quadrilingual" would work - even if it isn't in the dictionary, it is simply a word built on the same pattern as "bilingual" and "trilingual". If that doesn't suit you, you could just say you are bilingual twice! :-)

Good work knowing that many languages!
