Hive-like Bump Reoccuring Every Week?

I have this strange hive or bug bite that reoccurs every couple days on the outer side of my knee. It sort of itches but not uncontrollably. I thought it was a bite but then I noticed it comes and go and totally disappears just like a hive/s would. Any thoughts?

are you weraing any new shorts, any new socks or a new lotion on the same side? Allergies would typically be a number of hives and redness. It could also be a sore knee, tendonitis kind of thing. I would suggest to do simple measures like ace wraps, leg elevatoin etc and if it continues to reappear then see a doctor, good luck
