It depends what they did. Part of me will never forgive my ex boyfriend for how much he hurt me. He didnt cheat on me, or anything like that, just that he gave up on our relationship, even though he told me how much he loved me every day. Its the fact that he let me down i will never forgive him for. We are friends, and i think he would like it to be more than that but i have told him, i do love him but its not easy to forget and forgive the hurt he caused me. So i say no, its definatly not easy to forgive somebody. But maybe they deserve a second chance(depending on what they did)

It depends on what sort of thing that the person did..If u think that u can accept of whatever wrongful that the person did then u have to bear and forgive whatever happened..But i know its not easy to do rather then say it.It takes a good courage to live with it everyday..Sometimes in live u have to look back upon urself too if something went wrong. It takes 2 to tango..Try to work it out and always look forward if u think that its worth for the future...Be cool..

Forgiving is one thing ! - Forgetting is another! not many people are truly able to forgive and forget..
But!
it is possible to forgive someone for hurting you! its possible to rebuild trust and understanding ,.It takes strength of character and courage - Its not easy! to forget because there will always be reminders of the past ill deed which will be upsetting and often leads to more uncertainty. its a fact that only time will tell whether your forgiveness was justified!

Sadly no. My sister hurt me such a lot that it will take me time to get over it. We shared a house and she brought a bloke in noone like and he basically broke everything up as she took his side and let him not only treat her badly but let him get away with a free meal ticket. There was lots more but , no, I will never forgive her as much as I miss her. So in my case I really have lost a sister and she just cant accept that it was her fault.

Yes, we should always find it in our hearts to forgive. Why carry this hatred toward someone around with you? It truly will eat you up inside.
I recently went through a business failure caused by a partner who did some not so nice things. It ruined me financially, but I chose to forgive him rather than carry that around with me and letting it destroy my faith in mankind. Don't get me wrong, he would never be my partner again, but he is forgiven.
Best of luck with this and God Bless You.

It depends on what they have done and how much you love them and ultimately whether you are prepared to forgive and forget.
It you don't do both you will end up begrudging the other person and this will eventually eat away at your relationship.
Good luck in which ever way you choose :-)

Nope. But it's essential if you want to move on. Forgiveness is only a decision that you have to make. Make that decision and you've won the battle. Storing up resentment and bitterness will only affect you, not the person who has hurt you so to free yourself, just make that decision.

it depends what the hurt was, everyone react differently to different ways of being hurt. Sometimes it may take a long time to forgive, but i think you always remember it.
