I am 80kg and my goal is to lose 10kg first then lose more, also workout to become ripped. I have a treadmill and a 5kg dumbell at home and i go GYM every sunday.

i am currently power walking/running for 20mins
lifting dumbell 30 times each arm
30 sit up crunches
dips 15 times
everyday

and at the gym i do the same but for longer and do other machines too.

is this enough too lose 10kg in about 1.5 month?
and what more can i do a home with what i have?

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
the only fat burning exercise - cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (first 20-30min you burn carbs and only then start burning fat), light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

It's al about how many calories you intake and how many you burn off.
for cardio make sure you do interval training that burns more calories. for example 2 mins walking or light jog and then 45 seconds sprinting and keep doing that until you are too tired. if needed you can adjust the times if you need more rest time or more intense running.
I'm not sure if you are female or male and your age because that also makes a diference. the thing is that shortly after you lose a few pounds you start gaining weight because muscle weighs more than fat so the scales are misleading. also females tend to become bigger in the first weeks even first couple of months but then the muscle becomes more solid and more compact and then you start becoming smaller.
its easier to judge by how you fit in your clothes but more importantly how you feel.

Just keep a check on your diet along with your excercise.Try to work out for 1 hr (could be treadmill, or a fast walk) stop eating rice and heavy food after 6 pm, take one fruit daily ( avoid sweet fruits lik e custard apple, mango etc) avoid fine flour products, bread, and also milk and meat products instead go for a vegetarian diet wish u al the best !
