Thats a toughie b/c im a big fan of both...
Since superman gets his power from the sun, and kryptonite can kill him, i guess i would pick jesus, since i figure he could just manifest some krytonite ( or he could do something similar to his 'turning a stone in to bread' but instead of bread, make it kryptonite.) and call the plague of darkness (as in one of the 10 plagues of egypt.)
Sad cuz i love superman oh-so-much too....
plus, i guess jesus can just do a 'smite-ing' thing, or just resurrect himself again and again till he finishes the job. And i'm sure there's some perks to having God as your dad...

Superman would win. After the fight Jesus will heal himself,
get a good laugh out of it, and invite Superman for a nice
cold drink with........... Kryptonite icecubes!!

Jesus isn't real anyway, I don't think so, but Superman would definitely win!!
Come on, he has a cape! He could fly off, attack him with his cape, he's MUCH stronger, has super powers, wtf would Jesus do? PRAY attack him??
