Some Gods we are. Most of us scratch a living for about seventy years if we are lucky and then disappear.

Yes you are right in some respects. God created us and gave us free will and the power to be a co-creator with God. We have separated from God and are working to return to God. As part of the learning process we have been attracted to Earth to learn, grow and love. One day we will return to God to be companions with God.
Know yourself to be yourself yet part of the whole.

I don't believe in God, but I do believe I am responsible for my own actions.
I also believe I am here to learn, grow, etc.
