Sin took over! Becoming a christian or a pastor doesn't make you sin free from that point on! If anything it shows you MORE how sinful you are. Mr. Gaye fell into sin just like everyone else falls.

that's very, very, very old news. His dad apparently didn't agree with his lifestyle in music and killed him. he believed marvin was leading a sinful life.
