we are financially drained and i wanted to help by applying in a cruiseship. But my husband wont allow me. will i follow him or ignore him and continue applying? i think it's the best job that fits me and its a dream come true for me if ever.

Under the applicable provisions of the laws, you can apply for a work even if without the consent of your husband if the purpose is legal and not contrary to morals.

You have to go where the work is and that will help you both out. He feels that he is not providing but he is and just say you want to help out, Then go for it
