He certainly wouldn't choose this ****-hole of a country or the land of the American. Could you imagine Christ turning up in Barnsley amongst car thieves wearing Burberry caps eating kebab and chips?
He'd definately arrive in the third-world somewhere. I Imagine a place that constanly catches the eyes and ears of the world. Definately the middle-east, Afghanistan, Palestine, Iraq, Maybe even India. I doubt he'd go to Israel as it funded by the decadent burger loving Yanks. He couldn't be seen to occupy a country that promotes greed; the American Jew certainly does that.
He'd be amongst suffering and conflict highlighting the mess our world has become; showing pain and tears on the faces of children.
If the Devil appeared it would be in New York, he'd like the weapons, obesity, gluttony, selfishness and the apparent sin of the city. Satan would hold aloft a picture of George Bush as an example of evil, telling wrongdoers to follow his lead as a fine example of destroying Gods earth.

In the mystical understanding Christ has already appeared in the flesh in Palestine 2000 yrs ago and part of that purpose of coming into the world was to tell us that from the time of his ascension into the heaven after his death to look for him inwardly in our mind. He explains to his disciples that he is leaving them at the crucifixion in order to be with them and all people for ever, in the Spirit. For anyone to find him present within themselves they need to ask with sincerity and humbleness to feel this presence, then they will begin to receive the inner wisdom and divine love that is available to all. Few actually achieve this because they do not really believe it.

At the crucifixion the veil of the temple that covered the special room in the Jewish Temple called the Holy of Holiest where God was understood to dwell was torn apart. People saw that God was not in the Temple and understood the teaching that we are now the Temple and God dwells in each one of us. If we begin to sense that presence in a quiet moment we understand what the second coming is all about and why it is not necessary for a second physical coming on earth.
The answer to the question then is: 'No country because he is already with everyone in the Spirit'.

Islam says === The oldest (longest active) city on earth -- Damascus.

The False Messiah/Antichrist will become the ruler of Israel.

Jesus will join the Islamic Cavalry in Damascus that rides into Jerusalem to fight the False Messiah.

According to Islam, ............Jesus will descend at the white minaret on the eastern side of Damascus, wearing two garments lightly dyed with saffron and placing his hands on the wings of two Angels. When he lowers his head, there will fall beads of perspiration from his head, and when he raises it up, beads like pearls will scatter from it..........
