How can i deal with it its when i come home when i work a late shif i feel really down what can i do to prevent it or quicjly stop it?

Get a dog who will be wildly happy to see you when you get home and then immediately take it for a walk.

Prepare things for when you arrive home, such as a favorite bottle of wine with champagne grapes and cheese/crackers on the side, and put on some nice music and soft lights.

Take a hot, 45 minute bath with epsom salts, bubble bath or aromatic salts.

Keep a journal and use that wind down time to write in it.

Keep chocolates, coffee or another good-tasting pickmeup food or drink for that few minutes as soon as you get home.

Get a kid under 100 pounds to walk on your back.

These are all suggestions that have worked for me at one time or another. Keep trying different things until you find the key to unlock your stress so you can let it go.

That shows that you are in the wrong work. Find the job that interest you. If you are doing an interesting job, you will never feel down, you' ll enjoy it.

There is nothing worse than having a job that causes you to be depressed. Get out quick, before it turn into major depression.

well if it is the job that is causing you stress and you seem to think it is, you must change jobs as it wont get better for you or it could get worse. Hope you get a better job more suited to your needs soon.

try find a better job with no overtime and night shift. u'll earn less but at least u dont get stress
