How do you think tolerance has evolved over time? Has it increased, decreased or remained the same?

i think it has increased in some parts of the world, but decreased in others.

Could you be more explicit. What kind of tolerance? Do you mean tolerance among people from other countries or just tolerance in general? I would say that there is less tolerance in the world at this point in time. Ten thousand years ago there weren't that many people on earth as compared to today. The level of tolerance then was probably one five billionth of what it is now. People are not as tolerant of anything. I believe the reason for this is a lack of respect for others.

I believe tolerance is directly connected to the picture we get from the media...If media set themselves to destruction of something or somebody they will succeed in short time...Public opinion has always had a significant role in judgment whether something or somebody is acceptable or not !

Definitively increased. 50 years ago homosexuals were taken to hospitals to be cured, people of other religions were observed with suspicion, racism was very much alive, different ideologies were persecuted and murdered etc.
