Does it burn all the time or just when you twist it. It may be a pinched nerve. Go have it checked.

It sounds like compitis. The burning sensations definitely indicate inflammation and swelling due to being online too much. Lay down and rest a while.

Mix sandalwood powder water and apply there ..it gives u cool..
and tight ur hair dont leave ur hair to fell on ur neck it may cause irritatiing...apply also yoghurt to ur neck and wash it..
apply milk creams there...
