The story for the tower of babel is more then likely just a metaphor. Most ancient myths are just that, metaphors for us to learn from. Where is the tree of life? Where is the holy grail? Where is Zeus`s home on mount olympus? Where is the body of Robin Hood? Who realy cares? Truth be told whats more important is what the story means to you, less important is where a mythical place actualy is.
