RARE - slightly cooked still bloody but safe to eat

MEDIUM RARE - nearly cooked mildly blood

MEDIUM - (the way i like it) cooked through and nice:)

WELL DONE - Burnt!!! (big no-no lol)

i also read sumwhere that by puching on the steak whilst cooking u can tell wot it is at. like really soft and sponging in feeling its rare, if like soft but springy medium i think.

rare, medium rare, medium, welldone.
you can grill, fry, broil, even boil the meat patties.

It depends on preference. I like mine well done. No mooing.

grilled, broiled (under the grill in your oven), baked, done in a pan, microwaved(?)..... rare, medium rare, well done.
