They love, care for, and raise cattle. A beautiful creature which has wonderfully healthy and flavorful benefits for all of mankind. Sadly, many cattle are raised in an inhumane manner with no freedom to live a good life.

However, this fact does not preclude eating the god-given gift of beef. I truly beleive that steps should and WILL be taken to better and enrich the life of farm animals. Personally, I only eat organic, free-range meat. It's the best compromise I can give between being animal freindly and being healthy.

Cow farmers are usually Dairy farmers for milk and cheese production and the breeding of more stock.

Only later in the life of the animal do the go into the food chain for human consumption.

They feed them on Kale while they milk them.
