The only negative is if you use whole milk or half-and-half. That adds fat. Otherwise the milk is good for you. I did see one article about milk negating the effects of catechins in tea but that wouldn't apply to coffee because it doesn't contain them.

No, not at all. A lot of people would add milk to coffee since they don't like their coffee plain. Also, people put sugar in their coffee as well as the milk since plain coffee could taste bad to those who drink it.

Leave my latte alone. People have been trying to find something bad about coffee forever, and the only major problem is that it keeps you awake (what a surprise) if you drink it late in the day.

No. If that were the case, we wouldn't give people milk, half-and-half, cream, or creamer with their coffee at the hospital I work at.

I know coffee keeps me regular , no need for fiber and if you're lactose intolerant maybe that wouldn't help.
