I'd call an ambulance and give you first aid and wait for the ambulance/police to come. A clean conscience is a lot more valuable than $1000.

I'd call an ambulance, after I gritted my teeth and resisted taking the money...or maybe I'd take the money and call an ambulance...but then again, you might need the money to pay for the ambulance...
