It starts with the procession then the Opening Prayer. Then the readings, psalm, and Gospel are read. Then the homily, the Creed and the General Intercessions. After that is the Collection and the gifts are brought to the altar. Then, the Liturgy of the Eucharist is celebrated. Then, the Eucharist is recieved. After that is the meditation on the Eucharist, then the Final Prayer and then the procession out. I think that's all. Unless it's a special Mass, in which case there's some extra parts of it.

this is basically how it goes:
Opening prayer, liturgy of the word...that is the first reading usually from the old testament then the second reading which is from the new then the Gospel and the Homily where the priest preaches on the matter, after that we renew our faith my reciting the nicene creed, we then pray for people as we offer up our potitions, then the offering happens, after that we have the liturgy of the Eucharist and thats when bread and wine is transformed into Jesus, body, blood, soul, and divinity, after the bread has been consencrated the congregation comes forward and recieves Jesus, after that the priest and eucharistic ministers clean up from communion thats basically purifying the ceborium and chalice that was used to distribute Jesus and put any remaining communion away in the tabernacle, then the priest says a closing prayer and mass is ended.
I'm a catholic and have been going to mass all my life...I've got this stuff covered.
God Bless!
