Its a whisper. Sometimes God talks thru other people, or thru different verses in the bible. Sometimes its a feeling or a thought.

God will talk to people only at the big court.But only to Muslims will talk directly.To others will be an angel as a translater.And Muslims will see God but others cant see.
Ä°n this world God talked to only prophet Moses with own voice.And prophet Mohammad went to sky while He lived in city Mecca and directly at the front of God has spoken and heard voice and seen God.

God speaks to us through the Holy Ghost. The Holy Ghost is a "still small voice." If you ever pray sincerely and your prayer needs an audible answer, rather than a result, the answer you receive will be from that still small voice. It's unlikely you will hear it unless you are in a frame of mind that will allow you to receive the kind of answer you my be looking for. Go for it. The promise is extended to anyone who is sincere.

His voice sounds like an overwhelming prescence on your heart something that can't be achieved by any other action or thought. If you are in the word maybe it will click and you will just get this feeling like "thank you that is exactly what i was looking for" It may come at other times too. Listen!

God speaks to you through the heart! Through everyone, that is a christians, heart! I hear God all the time in my head and he uses my voice to spread his word. So I guess you could say that His voice is my voice. His voice is everyones voice. He lives and breaths in us!

This is a very interesting question. I'm not a spiritual person, but if this scenario happens I would imagine his voice would sound like nothing else in this world. Strong like a rolling thunder, yet comforting like a spring breeze.
