why are there always new versions of the bible coming out every year?

People keep changing it to fit their agenda.
The quran is protected from change. You should check it out!

It's not the content that's changing it's just how it's presented. Here's the verse John 3:16 in a few different translations:
New International Version: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
The Message: "This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life.
King James Version: "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life".
Nueva Version internanacional: Porque tanto amó Dios al mundo, que dio a su Hijo unigénito, para que todo el que cree en él no se pierda, sino que tenga vida eterna. (Same meaning, but different language!)
I like the message and the New International version the best because they are written in every day words. When Jesus preached he didn't use "Christianese" to sound fancy. He used everyday language. His goal wasn't to impress people but to get his point across.
So, pretty much what I'm trying to say is that even though the bible is in many translations...it has the same meaning.
Some pretty interesting facts about the bible:
-it was written by over 40 different men inspired by God
-written over a period of 1500 years
- it is completely without contradictions

i do no longer see what one area of your question has to do with the different. The manuscript information would not help the assumption of the Bible having been replaced, and nowhere in the Bible does it even hint that something replaced into meant to happen in 2000, nor does it say something approximately 2011, or 2012, or the different "end of the international" style date given.

I think some people are truly just trying to make it easier to read by creating versions that are written in more contemporary language. I don't think you can blame them for that, but... who are they to think they know the real meaning enough to change the scriptures? I think we have enough problems with the King James version without a bunch of nuts reading these new versions and specifically finding one that suits their personal agenda.

Because the words are translated. Sometimes you can use synonyms to describe on word. Like rapido can mean quickly fast, or hurry. So different versions will use different synonyms. Reading a different version allows you to get a better overall picture of what the author was trying to convey. It kind of triangulates the word.

Because of satan and religion. Both want to lead you away from God's Word. Religion is the sorriest thing known to man kind.

Zondervan, the major publisher of the NIV and the catholic church have known for years for what I'm about to state: Other than the comment made about the KJB at the www.chick.com website, if "anyone" can prove that the KJB has mistakes or has flaws in it, there is a one million dollar offer to anyone who can prove it. You understood me right, $1,000,000. That said, before you claim you can prove it, consider this: As much as the catholic church has bad mouthed the Bible over hunderds of years, and has killed people for writing it, not once have they came fore to take up the offer. Zondervan has bad mouth the King James Bible for years because it out sells their NIV and has all but called the KJB a dog because of it. Wouldn't you think, here's their chance to prove that their book is better than the KJ and yet they won't take the offer up? Click on the website below and you will see why.

The bible has been translated into over 2500 different languages so that all may have one in a language that they read Gorbalizer

Proabably because people think that they can make a better English translation on the one hand and because they want to make money on the other hand.
