I've read your post, and replies from several people, some advice i liked, others. well, i think they was messing with you.

One thing about bullys is simple. They are bullys. They are not used to being bullied.
Stand your ground. What's the worst that can happen really? Other than a few bruieses. Your young, you'll heal up.
But fighting is not the answer. It might sound bad, but talk to him, ask him why he keeps messing with you, tell him your getting tired of it, and you don't want to have a physical confrontation. But if it comes down to it, you won't be scared of any outcome.
If it comes to that, I wouldn't recommend shooting on him and trying to ground and pound him. If you have no wrestling experience, or grappling, his size alone will overwelm you. Practice some shadow boxing. Got a heavy bag? Try throwing some hard 2 punch combos. Aim for the short ribs, take his breath out, he can't breath, he can't fight. And if that don't work, a nice swift kick to the knee will drop a guy like a sack of rocks, but only do that if it's absolutely necassary.
Good luck.

Since you posted this in boxing, I have to point out that boxers don't do what you describe in the ring--that's what weight classes are all about. Unless you have worked to develop a high level of skill in one of the many fighting disciplines, it is foolhardy to fight someone who is bigger and stronger. There is no strategy that will work.

I should also point out that one of the first things you learn in any of these disciplines is that you learn to fight for sport and for self-defense. When you pick fights, you either win and become a bully or lose and suffer disgrace along with the possibility of getting seriously hurt or even killed. This includes goading people in order to provoke a fight.

I suggest that you work on your social skills (along with your writing skills) and try to shed some of your prejudices about people and places. Examine your motivations and fears--why do you feel angry with this person or threatened by him?

The path you are contemplating leads to madness and jail time. Wouldn't it be better to plot your course to a good college?

You know alot of people will tell you to walk away but that is just going to make you a target. Let him Rough you up and then go after him with everything you've got hit him as many times as you can you will take him by surprise at least. He'll know your no wuss. PS Have a witness or two or he'll say you started it. You don't need to get charged for getting into it with this Dumbass avoiding it is best but sometimes you have to stand up for yourself.

He can hit you "way too much" only if you are around him "way too much". If he is someone you are around "way too much", how could he be such an enemy that you would resort to blood-lust? If a tornado hit your school, would this guy work shoulder-to-shoulder with you to free your friends from under debris? Then, talk with him, man to man, by yourselves. Let him know that you consider him a man you would stand shoulder-to-shoulder with and that if he or his family ever needs help like with moving or bringing a new refrigerator into the house or making a deck or whatever to give you a call. Then, shake his hand. No horsing around. Shake his hand like a man and all the gorilla stuff stops right away. YOU act like a man and the boys around you will act like men, too.

a fighting solves nothing.

but if you are in that situation...

there is no such thing as a fair fight... go for vulnerable areas, I don't mean the crotch - although that does hurt, the knees are a good spot to take someone down, a shot to the neck is pretty good too.

Hit first, and be prepared to get your buttox kicked, because that is always a possibility if you get in a fight.

traditionally in a street fight the one who strikes first is usually the winner. best shot is to aim for the nose. It will disorient your comabtant and make his eyes water. Next shot, should be the solarplexes, right at the base of the sternum, this knockes out the wind and wont allow the person to get anough breath to revive himself. Another great option is to charge and tackle your opponent. Put your shoulder into his ribcage and drive him into the ground. Keep your head up and eyes on him though because an uppercut would be hell. Once down mount him with your knees on both sides of his hips and sink your butt down. This will allow you to control his body and land punches. If he turns to his stomach, then try to get your arm around his neck and put his throat in your elbow. Clamp tightly on both sides of the neck and hook your hand of the arm that is on his throat with your other elbow and grasp the top of his head in your free hand. Push his head forward in your hold. If possible, hook your ankles around his hips and thrust your hips forward into him and extend his body out. This is a common rear naked choke and will put him out within seconds if sunk in. Please make sure and let him go when you feel confident that he is out. Otherwise you will be facing legal issues that you do not want a part of.

I highly recommend finding an alternative solution, but I was in the same position as you when I was in school. I took the high road once and was cornered in the woods and beat to a pulp. Another time I took the first shot and wasn't picked on again.

Well dont go picking a fight just get even.. Ovbiously you will get throttled unless you have been in a few fights. You need to learn how to control you adrenaline by doing this you will be able to control your speed as well as reaction time. you are nothing but a Key parts elbows, nuckles/ palm if you know how to use it, knees and teeth usin correctly you will be the ultimate fighting machine.

Tell him VERY directly and like Tony Soprano:
"it's over, don't effen touch me again, I let you effe around, now it's over. I'll bust your effen head open, you effen effer"

It doesn't matter where he's from or that he's 4 inches taller than you, it's ALL in the attitude. I'm 5'9" and I'd kick his a$$ if I needed to! I'm "Tony Soprano"!

OR ignore him and don't do anything, although that might be hard at this point.

It's ALL in your attitude.

Look for someone smaller than yourself. Tell the bully he is talking crap about him and go beat him up instead. Hopefully the bully will leave you alone and start picking on the other guy. If that doesn't work hit him with a baseball bat.
