Vitamin E oil. The trouble is w;/many guys is that they lift..but don't stretch, that causes the red marks. Do other exercises that stretch the muscles like Pilates, yoga, and swimming.

Try a skin peel called TCA, it is amazing. If you want to know more about it I can show you the best place to get the information and the best places to purchase the product, because there are some people that sell some really bad stuff.
i know a few places that sell medical grade only. You can start with small strength and work your way up.
Message me if you would like to know more.

The honest truth is you really can't get rid of stretch marks once they are there. Over time they will fade, you can minimize and prevent them by keeping your skin moisturized and drinking lots of water and eating plenty of protein to help build back up your collagen fibers and skin elasticity :)

I would try a stretch mark reducing cream such as Re-Fine Stretch Mark Smoother by Avon. (btw) they will turn white and look less noticable in time.
