Your body can't function properly on what you're eating and from the sounds of things (you actually counted the # of cherries and ounces of water as if that counts?!) you may have the beginnings of an eating disorder. Whatever your friends and anorexics may tell you, it's not normal to keep logs of your daily intake. Just learn to eat moderately, snack healthy and stop eating when you're not hungry anymore, NOT when you're full.

It is not bad. I am not sure what you are trying to do. Diet? Eat healthier? Vegetarian? I am concerned about your protein intake. If you are staying away from meats you need to eat beans and nuts: just google protein. It builds muscle and should be a big part of your diet. You should know that cereal, crackers and fruits are carbohydrates (all break down to sugar) Measure your dry cereal. A serving is usually1/2 or 3/4 cup. What I hate is that a "bowl" of cereal could be 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 cups of dry cereal and that could be 400-500+ calories before the milk. Try 1% or skim or soy milk. Better for you. Take care and Best wishes!

Your calories were low and what you ate was pretty healthy for one day, you need more protein and a more varied diet to stay healthy in the long run. Also 100 oz. of water per day is excessive. Most people don't drink enough water, but 50 oz per day is enough unless you are working out a lot or work in the heat. There is actually such a thing as water toxicity. Too much water can wash vital nutrients out of your system and play havoc with your electrolytes, which is dangerous. See a nutritionist.

You need to work on about 2000-2500cals per day. Try not to eat the bulk of that after 4 pm as you'll use the energy better through the day rather than while you're sleeping at night. Get at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise a day and you should be fine. Eating too little is as bad as eating too much. You don't want to have no energy!
Oh, also, you should make sure you're eating a balance of carbs, protein and fats, otherwise you'll just feels weak and unhealthy. Surviving on Kelloggs only every day is NOT good.

Well that was low fat but it's odd combinations of food. Are you still hungry? I think looking at what you ate after 6:15 you must have been. Maybe have something to eat mid morning & modafternoon. Maybe you should have some more protein & definitely have some food with a low GI which will make you feel fuller for longer.

It sounds like you snacked all day instead of having meals. Wheres your protein, your veggies. For dinner you need a lean meat, lots of veggies and a starch, like potatoes or rice or even whole wheat bread . I think most of us know out to eat properly, lots and veggies and fruits and a small amount of protein with each meal. Your snacks are healthy enough but you need more than snacks and cereal to have balanced meals. Your diet sounds like a starvation diet. Not A Good Thing.

If you're obese and desperately need to lose weight that's a decent diet. For a normal person its terrible. You're starving yourself of valuable nutrients.
There is almost no protien or fat in your diet. A healthy diet is a sensible balance of fat, carbs, and protein. Your body requires all three for optimum health.

the foods arent bad..bt they are not good enough for u to be eating it daily..u nid some meat!!!
u been eating mostly breakfast and lil snacks which dun contain the nutrients u nid mostly.. i would suggest u to add in some sort of meat in the salad. try to eat a small portion of meat in lunch and dinner.. the rest is fine..
too much fruits mite cause stomach to be slightly unwell..so try to reduce the variety and amount
good luck there~! :)
