It definitly sounds like white heads. I recommend a good soap and (I think Dove is the best), warm water wash once in the morning, and evening, and if your skin seems really oily or your involved in sports, then wash again after a good sweat. Don't squeeze. Tea Tree Oil is great, it kills germs and quickly eliminates zits without drying your skin. Only apply to the zit ,morning and night. You need a good exfoliator for your skin. Every other day take about 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoons of sugar. Add olive oil until it is just a thick enough paste to stay on your skin. Lightly massage this all over your face, concentrating well on your affected areas. Your pores will stay clean and healthy. Just rinse with cold water and dry your face. It will feel wonderful and you'll see a difference in a few day in your skin. When you mix the olive oil, you'll only need between 8 to 12 drops to get the right consistancy. I do this before bed so the olive oil residue gives my skin a
good drink of moisture. It will not clog your pores. I use it as a moisturizer under my make-up. Give this a try and I think you will eliminate all your problems. Best of luck!

You need to get a personal beauty consultant to help you with a skin care regimen tailored to you. I really like Mary Kay, and they have stuff for every skin type. You need to wash your face 2 times a day, at minimum. Find something without a lot of perfumes, b/c that will just add to your problem. And definitely get a gentle exfoliant, that should help get that gunk out of your pores. i believe they probably are whiteheads, but its all compacted....exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate

It's probably hardened sebum, which is oil from your hands. To prevent this from getting worse, stop touching and trying to pop them. The best remedy would be to see a dermatologist for laser treatment or medication.

Go to a dermatologist before you scar yourself. It sounds like whiteheads.
