I am glad you enjoy taking pictures. I will be honest, not to hurt your feelings, but to offer an honest critique from a long time photographer. Your photos range from average to the mundane to the pretty bad. You have a couple of nice snapshots that could be improved by correcting your exposure or post processing. A couple of the sunsets are all right, they would be better with a bit of adjustment.
Several are out of focus. Dump them.
You could benefit from study of composition, at the very least. Several of the macros would have been better with better lighting. (The leaves, in particular.)
Some are just plain boring. (the apple logo, which is also out of focus)
I suggest you keep trying. In the meanwhile, get a few books on beginning photography. Your local library would be one resource. Search on the Internet for photography tips. Visit photo websites like www.photo.net. betterphoto.com, nyip.com, kodak.com. Look at the works of other photographers. What do you like about them? How could you make your images look similar?
Keep practicing, and have fun.

Hi,
Just visited your page and I think that there is potential but you need a lot of improvement. I am not a professional like some are claiming to be nor would I be extremely harsh, but the images are missing many important photographic elements such as composition (as mentioned earlier) as well as beginner's mistakes like the lighting, exposure.
I would suggest you get a self help photography book or even invest in a class should you decide that its more than a hobby and get current with the basics of photography, emulate some techniques, and practice! practice! practice! It doesn't matter what camera you are using, it's the photographer who brings the images to life.
Photography can be boring but use your imagination.

2 out of 10(10 being the best) i can tell you havent had any classes...stay away from indoor macro its boring and you see it everyday
you need to work on composition EX the one of the legs, i really like that one because it leads the eye to your feet and gives kind of a cool perspective
the apple symbol...very bad....its right in the center if i wanted to see that i could turn my ipod over
some of your plant macros are ok...stay away from dead leaves they suck and with color dont just have 2 colors in there its boring
all your stuff is in the center and i would say the only thing you are good at is silhouettes
i would start with black and white film before moving to color digital...it builds skill
just becuase i was mean, dosent mean you should give up, i dont claim to be a photo master because everybody has crappy photos sometimes
but seriously take a class it will help and if you want to be a photographer i seriously doubt you will be a self made one
buddy stop tooting your own horn i have no lessons, its very obvious any professional can tell that you havent

"i dont have any photography lessons..."
That's obvious... No offence, but from a professional point of view, they aren't that good. yes they are pretty and cute. But in a professional competition you'd get extremely low marks and most judges probably wouldn't even bother to give you marks at all.
You know nothing about composition, lighting, subject placement, etc. You take photos just for the sake of it with no care as to how they really turn out or what their purpose is.
What you have done would be no different than handing a 4yr old with ADD a disposable camera.

They are good. I would say though, that despite the fact that your photo's are good and you have good ideas for them, it would be recommended to take lessons because they reach you all sorts of cool techniques to aid in photography.
