Goes back to Dodgers vs. Yankees... very bad blood. And when the Dodgers moved to LA, many New Yorkers hated them more for moving.

Woody Allen once said that the only advantage LA has over NY is you can make a right turn on a red light.

Then they made that legal in NY, so now I guess we're even.

If NY hates LA so much, then why do so many NY'er's move here? You don't see too many So. Cali's moving to NY.

Who says that? I have lived in LA for over 60 years and took a vacation to NY and the people were wonderful to me.

What I think is funny is that, whichever one you live in, each city thinks there is nothing else in between! We used to laugh when our California-educated friends would try to complete a map of the U.S.- they'd be like "Is this Idaho, Ohio, or Iowa? They're all the same"...
