i would say a cough drop with vitamin C, they come in great flavors nowadays (i like halls strawberries n cream). it satisfies sweet tooth and alleviates throat problems during long flights. plus salty candy makes you thirsty, and the cabin air does that already.

Paydays..or baby ruths. Nuts for protein, chocolate (or nougat) for ooey, gooey good, a little sweet a little salt and crunch. Perfect combination. YUM

one that is not individually wrapped for each little candy because you dont wanna keep all the wrappers for the whole trip chose something where they are all in one bag and not all the little candys in the bag are individually wrapped.
