You need the Adobe Reader. You can download, free, at:
http://acrobat-reader.download-free.at/
After you download Adobe Reader, you can read the PDF online or save it to a PDF file and read it at any time.
If you want to convert it to Word, there is a free online converter at www.media-convert.com
If you convert it to Word and want to save it, be sure to give it a new name or it will overwrite the PDF file.

make sure that you have a Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, if none you can go tho their website and download it for free.
If you have it installed, maybe its corrupted, inunstall it and then go top their website and download it for free.
