Depends on your area. Go to their website and pull up the docs in your area. Call them for approx prices. But I would pay the average or above average prices though. I have them on the front teeth and they are as good as I expected and I paid $1400 (not including the cement) each. Good luck!

This is a trick question. You have already decided to get lumineers. How do you know you need thin porcelain veneers and not something else. If you go to a general dentist and ask for lumineers, they'll be happy to provide some for you because in their business, it is easy money. Since no work has to be done on teeth, even a dental assistant can get a set of impressions and send it to a lab to get some lumineers for you.
I would suggest you go to a trained prosthodontist for a consult. You may not need lumineers - may need orthodontics or bleaching or maybe full ceramic crowns - maybe even a combination of the above. Find out before you jump into something you don't have much knowledge about.
Visit the website mentioned below, it will tell you about a prosthodontist near you.

I don't know what a lumineer is but you might want to mention the area you'd like the dentist to be in or around.

HELLO LADY DEE,

AN OLD FRIEND ONCE SAID, "ANYTHING WORTH HAVING IS WORTH PAYING FOR."
IN LUMINEERS YOU WANT TO GET THE BEST TREATMENT. BE PREPARED TO PAY TOP DOLLAR, NOT CHEAP WORK.
