i had a pimple but then after getting dried it left a dark spot,the spot is black and hard how do i get rid of it ,also how can i avoid a pimple from leaving a spot

try exfoliating (use a gentle scrub like st. ives apricot scrub) if tht doesnt work, see the derm it cud be something serious..or just a big blackhead..im not really sure..lol
