It should be pronounced as "SEOW YUN".

Xiaoyun is in Mandarin Chinese for sure. Sheow-yoon and Shy-yan are probably the way to pronounce Xiaoyun in different dialects.

You didn't include the tone marks, so I can't help you there (it would be hard over the silent internet anyway), but Xiao would be something like shyow (rhymes with "how" and "now") and yun would be like yoon, but the u sound there is really a u-with-an-umlaut in German or the u in French. It's a sound that doesn't exist in English. If you can make that sound, then that's how you should say it; otherwise, just go with "yoon."

it sounds like the sheow yoon ..
in fact from the mandarin pinyin is xiao yun
write as 小云

I am not sure but you should make sure you get all the tonal
fluctuations right with this name or you might just be saying something else
