depends on your hereditary background and metabolism
I was 5'6" 19 years old and weighed 104

Nobody here can you if it is unhealthy or not. See a doctor. Only they can tell you if its healthy for you not. Nobody here knows any of your medical information. You could be extremely healthy at that weight or unhealthy. You can only now that by being checked out for diseases and having your doctor asses your weight. If you dont look too bony you probably arent underweight. Some people have ligher bones than others and therefore weigh less. Some people have faster metabolism then others. Talk to your doc. Have you been this weight a long while or have you recently lost a good bit of weight, without trying.

What is your build, i.e. broad shoulders and hips, or slim build, or average?

If you've had a major, effortless weight loss, I strongly suggest you see your doctor for a physical right away.

If you feel good, and are active and healthy, it is probably nothing but genetics. Otherwise, see your doctor.
