it is very likely that you will not go to jail, if this is your first criminal offense. It's just standard that you go back to court after your first visit. What happens is you have to go to court within 3 days since the arrest if you are incarcerated, and if you are not it might be a month you have to wait till court, but once you go they tell you to come back within another month if you are detained, if you are not it may take more then a month. It's just standard buddy dont worry. ive been through the adjudication system more then once. once again it is very likely you are not going to jail on your first criminal offense

Yes, there is a possibilty that you could still go to jail. I used to work at a recovery home for drug addicts. They were all on probation and often had court dates. Each time they went to court they told me they were afraid they'd have to go to jail. The best thing you can do is follow your probation "rules" because if you violate your probation, you'll really be in trouble.

If you don't go to court you will definately go to jail, they can issue a bench warrant for failure to appear.

If you have to go back to court for more charges then yes you could still go to jail. Depends on why they want you to come back to court.

I had to go back to prove that I had paid restitution and fines, but I had probation for a year. Mine was for a bad check though.

just don't ever violate your probation.

for the time you are on probation, quit drinking, quit smoking weed and doing anything else - just in case they want to test you for something.

just do your probation quietly and always be a little early for every meeting you have and never miss anything - ever.

Yes they can send you to jail, but by the sounds of it they wont.
If they haven't kept you in custody and its your first offence.
It depends on the charge.
