Finding that key is like trying to find ONE key that opens all the different locks in the world. As a blacksmith, I assure you, that is an impossible task. With this analogy I mean that there is no single truth whatsoever as long as there is more than one person alive in the world. It surprises me that most of us have not figured this out and keep on arguing about who's BELIEVES are more correct.

This is the key to my truth. And it only applies to me.

.Religion has much wisdom and truth available, so does philosophical study, so does science, so does life experiences, actually there are many sources where truth is available. The key for us, is to know what is truth versus what is not.
One must learn how to sort the "wheat from the chaff". This is the process of life. We start with a desire and then a commitment to know. We must live according to our beliefs, what is right for us, physically, mentally and spiritually. What we are doing by "right " living is tuning our instrument, ourselves, to be able to readily discern truth when we are exposed to it. We only become aware of real truth when it resonates with what is already in our heart and soul, not because of the source it comes from.

Keep an open mind. Read. Read about as many different religions and belief systems as you can possibly consume! You will see that people who are seeking what you seek have been doing so for as long as we can collectively remember, under many different systems, in many different cultures, with different names for God, and different names for Truth in different times and different places in different languages we have searched. But the idea of God, that fundamental and basic idea of God has remained the same, .
We have also collectively forgotten many things about our origins, and so that Truth remains elusive. But there are clues. Everywhere. Ideals, hopes, concepts of good and evil, virtues and morals have survived, on a common and universal ground, not in list form but cleverly embedded in literature, fables, mythology, and history. Find that common thread between all mankind, without hastily dismissing another belief, thought, or idea without reflecting on it. Similarly, do not hastily embrace history just because it has happened already. The world changes, and we have to be receptive to the idea of adapting to any number of potential futures. Stay open to the idea of altering, or discarding current beliefs. And be wary when somebody says they know the absolute truth. Because they don't.

Many of the current programs run very deeply and were derived from the truth but have been corrupted by those who want just enough of your power so they can have what they want.

The key is us, that we strive to walk in the light with our lives and actions as the finger pointing to the truth.

Perhaps Interpretation? All Myths are story, first and foremost. Any story may be subject to interpretation and to analogy. The key I think is "exegesis" - to draw the Truth out of what is already there; as opposed to forcing one's preconceived interpretation onto what's there.

Truth is the key. One who realizes Truth can easily understand the pointers to Truth, if there is one, in a particular myth, story, fable, parable, analogy, simile, metaphor.

best way is to study evidence for and against any claim. and to study other truth seeker's research. that way you come closer to the truth and realise how much sh*t people have invented. research about benny hinn and other idiots who claim to be healers. it will allow you to understand how if people believe them today, how much easier it would have been for people to believe healers like jesus. this realisation hopefully will give you a reality shock and help you to come to the truth easier with facts and logical arguments and testing scriptures rather than accepting people's bullsht and patronising what you believe is from God when it really isnt.

well all religion is, is about getting to as state of being, if you take Adam and eve for example, all that is, is that they lost self love, they felt inadequate and conscious of themselves and there own imperfections. this is what caused covetousness, thieving, murder(Cain and Able, Seeking Approval), worshipping things as a result of not loving ones self(after all why would you need to worship something if you're strong?)
all these things come around as a result of low self esteem, the key to the whole scripture is healthy self esteem and love for one self and love for others accepting love and giving love. so you can forget about stories and churches and the monastic lifestyle where you act the act of being "christian" but in fact you're lost and you just need a group of people to prop you up on crutches-reciting verse and chapter but having no power from it. this is known as hypocrisy. so simple. religion is just psychology dressed up to confound and confuse people.

Jesus said; "I am the Way, the Light and the Truth". No mystery, just follow Him in the 'red letters' of the New Testament.

Before you read you ask the holy spirit to open your mind and spirit man so that you may get revelation through the word of Christ, and you will see how the bible will give you revelation on what it is trying to say to you and so you can pass it on
