is there anyway to find out a girl is single? i am not interested in those girls who are in relationship nor even married. well, if you know her, then it can be easier, you can just ask her friends. but what if you see a stranger who is attractive. apparently i cant just step up and ask, "are you single?" so any tips?

I would suggest taking a quick look to see if she has a ring on her ring finger. If she has a gold or silver ring, then she is probably married or engaged.
Assuming you're at a place were people normally socialize, like the gym or a club, then you should be able to compliment her or ask her a question. This will open up a conversation. If the conversation is good, you could jokingly say, "You must have a really great guy since you're such a pretty/athelic/ (insert compliment) girl..." Girls will be flattered and if they're single, they will explain that they don't have a guy. If they're not, they'll probably start telling you about their partner. Carefully peppering the question into a conversation is the best way to go about this.

either start hanging out with her, or ask her friends.
asking friends is like a double bonus, because then she knows you are interested in her if she is single. :D have fun!

just say ' so who is your boyfriend' but smile when you do it....then they'll think you're just wondering who they were...
