There is Social Security Disability Income and Social Security Income. Also, each state has the Department or Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Most states do offer a program for disabilities too which can be found on its website. The state programs can be located via Google.com or Yahoo.com. I will include the link for the Social Security Administration website.
