Contact the employer and ask them for a duplicate copy of your w2, if he does not provide them to you, call IRS at 1-800-829-1040 and report the employer. The employer should of mailed them out by Jan 31. 2007.
IRS does have copies of W2, but not until after July. Use Form 4506 to request w2.

By Law they have to give you a W2 by January 31st. You have somehow fallen through the cracks or yours was sent somewhere else by mistake.
Contact the Store Manager or Regional Manager to find out what happened.
