If u use nero then u have a option called burn Video CD, using it u can burn a VCD.

Yes I am assuming you have a cd burner. Just pull up the cd burner program you have, maybe record now etc. and follow the step directions. Add files etc. All this depends on the type of soft ware and burner you have. If I can help you step by step mail me and let me know what software you have.
You just need to locate the videos you have and add them to the window for that. Its really a step by step process.
You can also go to cnet.com and download some pretty decent software for free that is real easy to work with.

The best program I've found for that is Windows Movie Maker. Very easy to use and free for Windows XP Genuine Advantage Users. If you have WINXP or WINXP PRO SP2 it was in your automatic updates and installed with SP2. Look under program files. Hope this helps.

I'm SERIOUSLY not trying to be a d*ck here, but you REALLY need to worry more about learning english before you worry about downloading videos. I mean, what are you going to tell the interviewer why you misspelled so many words on the job application? "Ahh...I'm REAL good at downloading movies!" ???

try using NERO SMART START thats how i do it! if you dont have it you can download a 60 day trial version from nero.com. its pretty good for trial software!
