Here's the prob, When it's our practice, I hanged out with my friends at school, but my friend asks me to go eat, (the diner is just walking distance) but my brother saw me riding a taxi, (i cant pretend that it wasn't me) when we came back home, my brother told my mom 'bout it and my mom told my dad, my dad will kill me!

I don't get what the problem is here, really I don't, but I guess if you did something wrong then the best thing to do is admit it and hope that your father will take into consideration the fact that you were honest about it and did not try to cover up.

If you are not allowed to ride in taxis, you shouldn't of gone with your friend. Tell your friend your parents only want you to walk next time.
You broke the rules, got caught, now face the consequences. Be honest with your parents. They know you did it. Be sincere and remorseful. You just have to deal with being punished because you broke the rules that your parents put there for your safety.
