You may think I'm joking here, (you and your sarcastic ways) but, this one time, after I'd just hopped off a box car in Kansas City, an unshaven fellow aproached me with a card in his hand that read, Have You Heard the Word? And so, myself bein the curious type, answered "no, but if you'll buy me breakfast, I'll be glad to listen." Twas then, that very morning, that I began to see the light. away down,DOWN BY THE RIVER SIDE.....

Well, He did. Forty years, or so, ago. My wife was a Newbie Public Defender. A Man that stated his name as Jesus the Nazarene was arrested while sermonizing on a street as a indigent without identification. A short psychiatric examination was given and the psychiatrist declared the man truly believed he was Jesus and not sane.
My wife argued that if he really believed he was Jesus he would be no harm to himself or other. The psychiatrist concurred.
The judge let him off, but stated he would have agree to leave town. My wife explained to her client. He agreed.
Jesus was gone within an hour of being released.

He was a hobo then (“the son of man has nowhere to rest his head”)… so he’d be one second round. Actually he was something between a hobo and a hippie. Who knows, maybe he came in the seventies and everyone ignored him so he went away.

A question from a hobo person and ignorant about the story of Jesus Christ. He can do nothing but to attack Jesus from unnecessary words to describe our Lord, yet he is a top contributor. A very shameful one.Imagine your question? You are describing Jesus as a vagrant
who is homeless and no residence. He just don't know that Jesus is in heaven.

I think He would hang out at Truck Stops. Truck drivers get lonely and would be more open to conversation.

I hear it's getting harder to ride the rails, so maybe you'd find him at truck stops, or even walking. he was big on walking before - why not now?
