First make sure that you are getting enough sleep. Second make sure that you get your clothes out at night, pack your lunch at night and take care anything else at night. Then get up earlier to allow yourself enough time to get through traffic. Good Luck because I used to have the same problem which led to me being terminated. But I had Sleep Apnea which was very hard on me in the mornings.

You can try placing your alarm clock across the room so you have to get up to turn it off. Don't drink anything with alcohol or caffeine after 7 p.m. If you take a medication that can make you drowsy, try adjusting the time you take it.

Have you ever thought about the reasons why you were late for your previous jobs? Did you dislike the job, a manager, a co-worker? Was the work boring or not challenging enough? Is it possible that you have been depressed? Or still haven't found the right career for you? Or is there something outside of work that is troubling you?

Until you work through the issues that have made you late for work, the behaviour likely won't change.

Trick 1. Set the clocks in your house a few minutes ahead. This really helps me.

Trick 2. If you have things in the morning that take you time (choosing your clothes, making lunch/breakfast, whatever) do them the night before, or work out a way to make it less of a problem.

Trick 3. Be realistic about how much time you need to get ready. If 45 mins isn't enough, set your alarm earlier!

Trick 4. Make sure you are getting enough sleep. For me, 7 hours is fine, 7 1/2 luxurious. It's surprising the difference in how I feel if I get that extra bit of sleep.

Get up earlier. Set several alarms or set one alarm and place it across the room so you have to get out of bed to shut it off. That way you're less likely to fall back asleep. I set like 4 alarms with the last one going off at the latest possible time I could get up and I have to get up and make my way through my room to shut it off. So by then I'm already half awake so I might as well stay up.

The best way to do is tuned your clock and watch 15 minutes faster, including your alarm clock permanently. So next morning you wake up, you thought you're late and you rush. Finally you're not late as your watch is actually faster than office clock.

Set your clock 10 min fast this way when your alarm goes off and you 1st look at the clock you automatically think that is 10 min.later than it really is and by the time you realize that it is fast there is no reason to go back to sleep.
