Don't dye your hair anymore. Hair dye has terrible chemicals and ingredients that can ruin/destroy your hair. Here's some tips for healthy hair:

If your is hair breaking and has split ends cut your tips every 4-6 weeks so you can prevent split ends from happening.
It's normal for hair to fall out, some girls loose up to 40-100 straps of hair everyday.
Deep condition once a week, or as someone else recommended get a deep conditioner at the Salon.
Avoid combing your hair when it's wet, use a wide tooth comb
Start using a mositurizing shampoo conditioner and leave-in conditioner, dying your hair, straightening your hair, blowdrying, perms end up drying your hair and making it look dull.
When using a conditioner rinse with very cold water to have shiny colored hair.
Don't wash your hair everyday, try 3 times a week.

yikes dyeing your hair that much is not good for your hair at all. I suggest not dyeing it for a loooong time. Dont wash your hair everyday..try washing it every other day or maybe every two days. There are also shampoos and conditioners for dryed out colored hair like dove, infusium, patene pro v. Also try to just let your hair air dry instead of using heated tools such as hair dryer, curling iron, etc. If you do use any kind of styling products then try to use something with shine enhancers. It will help protect against the heat from a hair dryer, etc. Or you could always go to a salon and have them do deep conditioning.

first of all you have got to ease up with the coloring. avoid brushing your hair while its wet its weaker and breaks easier. avoid overstyling all the heat is no good. rinse the conditioner out of your hair with cold water it helps with shine. avoid ponytails that are too tight it damages hair. you could try a hair mask either store bought or ive heard of girls using mayo and leaving it on for like five minutes it is supposed to help. towel dry. lots and lots of conditioner. thats all i can think of right now

Wash it only every two or three days, and it is good to use hot oil. Maybe you could get a deep conditioning treatment from the hairdresser, those things are amazing =)

I wouldn't dye it anymore. Lolz. But you could like, lay off the heat for a while (ex: let air dry instead of using hair dryers.)

No. Your hair is permanently damaged. Get it cut short and then just let it grow in again
