Im just wondering about my height. I am 5'6 without shoes, and 5'7 in shoes. My Dad is 5'8 without shoes, and 5'9 with shoes. My Mom is 5'2 without shoes, and 5'3 with shoes. I am 14 years, 10 months old. I weigh 125. Im just curious how tall I'll be. Supposely my predicted height is 5'10, but is that correct?

The height of your parents is always a good decider because you share the same genetics, but it is not at ALL conclusive in many cases. My parents are both shorter than 5'8", yet im 6'4". The way my height was predicted was when i was 12 years old, i went to the dentist and he X-rayed bone plates in my hand and could see the small fissures in the bone. By doing this, he was able to estimate how much more my bones were capable of growing (he estimate id be 6'3")... pretty close eh!? I'm 20 by the way.

Have some faith and just give it time. My parents are both 5'6 and when I was 14 I was about 5'4. My case may be lucky but by the time I hit about 17-18 I was 6'0, Im 20 now and still about the same. So I mean you never know.

I think you will be a little shorter than 5'10 but this site can give you an approximate:

And don't listen to the person above. You are not a midget. Your probably in the high percentiles of 14-year-olds. I'm 14 and you're like 4 inches taller than me :)

Who knows? You could have another growth spurt or you could just stay the height you are. If I could see into the future, I would be a millionare. Dont worry, 5.6 isnt that short, you have nothing to worry about. Cant change it anyway, so whats it matter?

I would guess 2" taller than your dad. You are still young and should continue to grow.
