How many calories do you think were in that ice cream 5,000? Um you need to chill out and think for a minute. Even if each scoop had 500 calories you will still lose weight. You easily stayed until 2,000 calories, so relax you still lost weight today.

You only ate 840 calories. So, say your body needs 1400 for normal activities, and the exercise burned 300. You're still good.
You're being a little irrational. Don't stress about it. Just remember one mistake doesn't ruin your whole diet or your whole day. You can take one bite of ice cream and then realize you're screwing up and throw it away. JUST DON'T be like 'oh well, today is screwed anyway' and then eat a whole bag of chips!
But honestly, eat more than 840 calories a day. Please 1100-1200 at the very least.

Okay, you fell off the wagon. Get up, dust yourself off and get back on. With the pace you're keeping, you most likely won't notice any changes. Matter of fact, it's a known fact that when you've been dieting hard, a little splurge can snap your body out of the cycle it's used to and reactivate the weightloss. Additionally, your metabolism will offset an occasional slip up as long as you don't make it a habit.

Wow congrats on losing 40 lbs in the first place. While it probably wasn't the best idea to eat all that ice cream it is not going to kill you. I mean it sounds like you had a pretty good excersize routine and everything else was pretty good so try not to freak out. We all have cravings sometimes and Its good to just get a little ice cream and treat yourself, jsut try not to make it happen too often becuase it can pile up. But seriously its not that huge of a deal just dont make it a habit. Good luck with the rest of your diet.

If this is all you have to worry about then you are blessed!!! Relax, I too strayed from my diet and gained the 4lbs., back that I had recently lost. You cannot let ANYTHING get you to this desperate point. Life will throw you some curves and if you are not able to handle something as trivial as this, you are in for a rude awakening. Take a deep breath and try again tomorrow. You are only 17.

you are being very irrational, one night of messing up on a diet will not ruin it. basically you most likely burned the food you ate off during the day anyway, so the exercise probobly nearly covered all of the caloric intake in the icecream.
stop "dieting" and just change the way you view food and your lifestyle. diets are quick fixes that dont last. If you change your habits, you will be fine.

You only had 840 calories AND you worked out. The 2 scoops isn't going to hurt you---you needed the extra calories.
Quit freaking out---you'll be fine!âº

Don't freak out workout a little more tomorrow and don't worry everyone cheats on there diet it's how you go on after your cheat that matters. Keep working out I suggest more biking it will make your muscles longer and leaner. Plus you need more calories your starving yourself eat more veggie and fruits and more proteins try fish, chicken and pork. if your a vegan try to find a diet to add more protein like soy nuts, tofu and hummus none of which taste great. good luck

.....you need to calm down two scoops will do nothing, so you indulged, you deserved it after all the discipline. I wouldn't concern myself too much, every now and then it's okay to splurge within reason.
