The sad thing is that it's not just on the internet. I can't tell you how many professionals don't know how to spell and have horrible grammar.

It just happens all over the internet not just Q/A. And not that I'm an expert in grammar or anything but your question is worded quite strangely. Let's just say it sounds funny.

You must remember that this is an international site. Many parttakers at YA are from other, non English-speaking countries, like me. I can't even use Yahoo's English spell-check and don't know how to change it into English. So that may be one explanation, in such cases you should have patience. Americans often don't understand how difficult it is to learn a foreign language, simply because they never tried.
