can someone plan an ecersice plan to gain LEAN muscles for me...giving me the lenght of time i have to do it /reps, the excersise and how often i need to do it.i'm at the healthy weight but i want to have slimmer legs and a very flat stomach. i prefer doin the excersices at home and i only have a skipping rope....best ans get 10 points...

Your best bet is to workout at least 3 times a week. To gain lean muscle and lose excess fat ( off your thighs and stomach), you must do a mix of cardio(running, swimming, skipping), or anything that keeps your heart at a high beat level. And you must also do resistance work to gain lean muscle. with out weights you would do things like pushups( differ arm width), sit ups while holding a heavy object in your hands, lunges with some form of weight etc. Differ these two types of exercise between the days of the week, eat right and you will gain msucle mass and lose some stored fat.

with what you have, you may get in solid sufficient shape to be a green beret (hands particular forces) on weekdays, do here: - 2 hundred pushups, in as many contraptions as you like- 8 contraptions of 25, 4 contraptions of fifty, and so on. - run 2 miles as quickly as you are able to. this is not considerable whether exterior, on a song, or a treadmill. - a hundred abdomen crunches, in as many contraptions as you like. - jumprope each and every nighttime for 20 minutes rapidly in case you are trying this 5 cases a week, you will see effects truly after 2 weeks.

Not sure what your perfect exercise plan would be.

For me will be this 'laziest' exercise program by Jeff Ball (an ACE certified personal trainer and fitness instructor for over 15 years).

And the best part of it, you can achieve slimmer legs, flatten tummy, slim down your hips and all while you're sitting down at home.
