can someone plan an ecersice plan to gain LEAN muscles for me...giving me the lenght of time i have to do it /reps, the excersise and how often i need to do it.i'm at the healthy weight but i want to have slimmer legs and a very flat stomach. i prefer doin the excersices at home and i only have a skipping rope....best ans get 10 points...

I am not sure if there is a perfect exercise plan. However, the good ones train your whole body.

with what you have, you can get in good enough shape to be a green beret (arms special forces)

on weekdays, do the following:

- 200 pushups, in as many sets as you want- 8 sets of 25, 4 sets of 50, etc.

- run 2 miles as fast as you can. it doesn't matter whether outside, on a track, or a treadmill.

- 100 stomach crunches, in as many sets as you want.

- jumprope each evening for 20 minutes straight

If you do this five times a week, you will see results definitely after 2 weeks.
