people become vegetarian for many reasons, one-to "save" the animals right?
well i disagree, but i cant find a source saying that it doesnt matter how many people give up meat, the animals are still going to be killed and companies are still going to make loads of money off of meat

any ideas? or know any sites?

"If God didn't want us to eat animals, he wouldn't have made them out of meat!"

There are anti-vegetarian yahoo groups that you could join.

I became a vegetarian because I simply can't stand the texture/taste/ smell/ etc. of meat. It has nothing to do with saving the animals.

Why on earth would you want to be anti-vegetarian? What people eat is their own business and none of yours. No one is trying to "save the animals" by not eating meat. They just don't want to participate. You can choose whatever you want to eat, but don't try to push your logic on anyone else.

If no one ate meat thru out the world the animals such as cows and pigs and chickens would start out numbering people. They would be so vast in number there would be nothing to feed them and then they would start eating each other and possibly us
